We love your little ones – we really do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this as a “date night” for yourself!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a black tie dress code for our evening. Men – tuxes and suits | Women – mid to long length dresses.

Our event will feature two distinct dining experiences. The first, during cocktail hour, will feature 6 stations featuring land, sea, and other cuisines. The second will be a sit-down dinner featuring select choices (to be selected after your formal invitation). We will have a vegan and gluten free option available. 

If you are planning on taking advantage of one of our room blocks, please plan to arrive to the hotel for a 4 PM check in. A shuttle will be departing at 4:40 PM from Loews Hotel and Marriott Hotels.

If you are planning on taking public transportation or driving, our ceremony begins promptly at 5, so please plan to be at the Ballroom by no later than 4:50 PM.

Parking is available across the street from the ballroom. You can find more details on our travel page. Important to note: Parking is FREE at our event. If you are planning on staying at the hotel, there is valet parking available there. Please use the shuttle provided to make your way to the event.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all phones be turned off and put away during the ceremony. 

We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our big day. We’d greatly appreciate in this special moment to be surrounded by the faces of the people we love; not their phones. 

Once the ceremony ends, feel free to take as many photos as you would like! If you post any on social media, please tag us!

5:30 PM – Cocktail Hour

6:30 PM – Introductions, Dances, & Speeches (First Courses to be served)

7:00 PM – Dinner (Main Courses)

7:45 PM – Party
